PAYMENTS

Coverzo accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets for payments. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure safety and reliability.

SHIPPING

Coverzo ships to cities across India.

Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier partner availability. Any applicable duties or taxes levied by authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is shipped, it will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of checkout. If the courier attempts delivery three times and the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

Refunds are not initiated for RTO orders. Customers may request re-shipment by providing a correct and complete address along with valid contact details. Re-shipment will be processed on the next working day.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Coverzo offers a replacement guarantee only in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at coverzo@zohomail.in. We will share the return shipping details, and a replacement will be dispatched once the returned product is received and verified.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • A wrong product was ordered by the customer
  • The product is disliked by the customer
  • The issue is related to color variation due to screen display differences

Replacement or Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as proof. No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Free replacement or refund will be applicable if:

  • The item received is physically damaged
  • The item has missing parts or accessories
  • The item received is different from its description
  • The item is defective or not functioning properly

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at coverzo@zohomail.in or call +91 90992 45762 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible
  5. Include the RA number and original invoice/receipt in the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unacceptable condition

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@coverzo.com.
